Join us every Wednesday from 12:00-12:45pm in The Space by Advent wellness studio for a Midday Brain Break. Habitual Roots instructor Sunny invites Advent members to slow down a bit and take a breath. She will encourage us to do what feels best for us in the moment and guide us to notice how we feel and what we need, rather then running on auto pilot non stop. Sunny is a Realtor and a Yoga teacher that loves helping people transition into a new home and a new life! All ages, body types, and experience levels welcome!
This is not your typical yoga class. The intention of this class is to create a space where we can come together as a community to move our bodies, expand our minds, explore our breath, and re-connect to ourselves and those around us. We focus on integrating our yoga practice off the mat into our daily lives.
This is a 45 minute- all levels slow flow yoga class. Beginner friendly. Find strength in the stillness. Find peace in the movements. Find balance in your breath. Class will be at a more mindful pace to enjoy the journey between each pose, as we find both strength and flexibility. Come prepared to activate your voice before and after class with community discussion on your intentions, your experience, and conscious awareness topics in order to build positive habits of self care that induce growth both individually, and collectively.
