About the speakers:
Neeta Kirpalani is a founder and healthcare strategist at NK, a boutique healthcare consulting company focusing on strategy development and execution. They empower the C-suite of middle market B2B technology companies to grow and scale in healthcare. By aligning strategy with operations, they help clients grow revenue, increase market share and reduce costs.
Dr. Sharon Torrence Jones is a founder & CEO at the dot. Consulting & Dottie Rose Foundation, co-founder of Carolina Women in Tech, tech educator and speaker. Dr. Sharon Jones has committed her career to providing computer science to all. She has been a dedicated, award-winning educator of computer science and technology for 17 years and throughout her career she has created, implemented, and facilitated computer science workshops that apply the concepts of technology to everyday activities.
Tearra Straite is a Senior Auditor within the Audit Strategy and Development team at Bank of America. She is responsible for supporting Technology Operations, Governance, and Change Management within the Corporate Audit division. She graduated with honors from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. Tearra is a Certified Information Systems Auditor. She also serves on the Charlotte Chapter Board of the Information Systems Audit and Controls Association (ISACA).
Our discussion will be led by Caitlin Sellers Castevens. As a growth strategist and inbound consultant, she has over a decade of experience leading digital sales and bringing inbound marketing expertise to teams, leaders and entrepreneurs. She is also a permanent instructor for Tech Talent South and a co-host and co-founder of podcast Lady Tech Charmers, focused on women in technology and female leadership and a founding board member of Carolina Women in Tech.
