Join Habitual Roots and your fellow Advent members for a 45 minute slow flow and meditation every Wednesday from 12-12:45pm. Masks required. There will be limited capacity in the studio so please arrive on time to secure your spot.
This is not your typical yoga class. The intention of this class is to create a space where we can come together as a community to move our bodies, expand our minds, explore our breath, and re-connect to ourselves and those around us. We focus on integrating our yoga practice off the mat into our daily lives.
This is a 45 minute- all levels slow flow yoga class. Beginner friendly. Find strength in the stillness. Find peace in the movements. Find balance in your breath. Class will be at a more mindful pace to enjoy the journey between each pose, as we find both strength and flexibility. Come prepared to activate your voice before and after class with community discussion on your intentions, your experience, and conscious awareness topics in order to build positive habits of self care that induce growth both individually, and collectively.
