The Event Wing is comprised of the CPCC Small Business Center Event Space, Conference Room, and Creative Suite along with restrooms and a water fountain. Please use the dedicated guest entrance. Over 100 parking spots available in paved and gravel lots. Check out our virtual tour!
Event Space includes: 65” LED TV with sound, counter space for catering and materials, 8 foldable tables (2’ x 6’ with wheels), 60 stackable chairs.
Conference Room includes: White board, 65″ LED TV with sound, curtains, conference table, and seating for 6 people.
Creative Suite includes: White board, 65″ LED TV with sound, curtains, small conference table, and seating for 6 people.

The Space by Advent
Not Available Why?Bookings must be submitted 24 hours in advance. Complimentary booking hours cannot be used on this room.
The Space is a 960 square foot room, simply and elegantly designed that includes: 930 sq. ft. of usable floor; speakers; mirrored-wall; yoga mats, blocks, straps, and blankets; natural lighting; clean, industrial chic décor with open ceiling; a comfortable fit for 35-40 yoga mats.The capacity is currently limited to 20 people (50% occupancy).
The Space can be used for yoga, dance, pilates and karate classes, private lessons, and rehearsals. The tranquil space is also perfect for video and photography, meditation, and offsite team meetings.
Weekday Hours:
Peak Hours ($45/hr) = Monday - Friday 5am-10am, 12-2pm , 4pm-9pm
Non-Peak Hours ($30/hr) = Monday - Friday 10am-12pm, 2pm-4pm , 9pm-11pm
Weekend Hours:
Saturdays and Sundays for Members only
